Delegated Services is excited to introduce the DS Portal, our next-generation digital platform. We are currently in a transition period as we migrate our core tools from our legacy system (Go To) to this modern, integrated environment.

 

The DS Portal is a specialised digital tool created by Delegated Services. Specifically, it serves as a professional bridge for schools, charities, and community groups to access our consultancy expertise. We aim to ensure your non-teaching services are managed affordably and professionally at all times.

 

Why We Are Moving to the DS Portal

Currently, we are in an exciting transition period. Within the next 12 months, the DS Portal will completely replace our legacy “Go To” system. Furthermore, this new platform at dsportal.app offers a more modern and intuitive experience for all users. Consequently, we recommend that all partners bookmark the new web address today.

The move to the new DS Portal allows us to provide a more robust “virtual partner” experience. By centralising our expertise into one modern app, we can offer:

What You Can Do on the DS Portal Now

Specifically, the new portal is already live for several key functions. You should now use dsportal.app to:

 

  • Book Training: Browse and register for professional development courses (via dsportal.uk).

  • Educational Visits / Off-Site Visits: Create and manage documentation and authorisation of  educational visits.

 

Services Still Located on the “Go To” System

However, some features have not yet migrated. Therefore, please continue to use the legacy “Go To” tool for the following tasks:

 

  • Incident Reporting: Log accidents and health and safety incidents.

  • A-Z Documentation: Our comprehensive library of safety policies, risk assessments and other intellectual property.

 

The Future of Our Virtual Partnership

In addition to these current tools, we are working hard to migrate all remaining services. Ultimately, the DS Portal will become your single point of contact for everything from Safeguarding to HR and Facilities Management. As a result, your organisation will benefit from a more integrated “virtual partner” experience.

We are working hard to migrate all remaining features. Over the coming year, the DS Portal will evolve to include the full suite of Delegated Services tools, including Health and Safety Management (A – Z Documentation) and Incident Reporting. 

 

We will also be including a secure way to request help with warning and banning within DS Portal
