Delegated Services CIC’s Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which Delegated Services CIC collects, uses,
maintains, processes and discloses information collected from “users”, which includes customers who
purchase a service from us or enquirers who access our public information or make an enquiry or use our
website or portal. The Privacy Policy applies to the Website, the DS Portal, Go To Daedalus Labyrinth
private web site by Delegated Services CIC, Invoicing System database and documents in DS’s google drives
collectively known as “Our Site”.

We may collect personal identification information from Users and Customers/Pupils of the users in a
variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, fill in a form, make an enquiry, made
a training event enquiry or booking or your name and contract details which you or your organisation have
made publically available. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name and email address, job title,
organisation, emergency contact details etc. Users may, also be asked for details of a pupil/child/young
person/vulnerable person if involved in an incident and details which will enable the organisation to which
they are attached to be able to identify that person at a later date. We may ask for details of the incident
and surrounding circumstances, details of any other parties involved in the incident etc. However, users
may also visit our website anonymously. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification
information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-Personal Identification Information


We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site.
Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and

    alert, or details relating to a DS area of services, training or an event.

    the situation is ongoing or develops.
