At Delegated Services we offer a wide range of affordable Health and Safety compliance and transformational training which has been tailored for leaders, staff and volunteers of schools and community sector organisations.
Our Agreement Customers benefit from discounted rates.
Our compliance training includes courses such as First Aid, Paediatric First Aid, Fire Safety, Managing Safely, Legionella Awareness, Food Safety etc. We can advise on what compliance training is needed in your organisation or you can look at our Training Matrix.
We also have packages of Safeguarding training, Wellbeing training and Behaviour Support training.
Transformational training is where an understanding of the topic will change the culture and practices of the organisation such as the courses we offer on wellbeing, advanced safeguarding, managing behaviour etc.

Resources
For our Agreement Customers we offer access to an A-Z index of Model Draft Policies and Procedures, including the main Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy and a raft of related policies, and a library of Model Draft Risk Assessments. In addition there is information, advice and guidance on a wide range of topics. To support our Agreement Customers with other requirements such as the Warning and Banning Service, we also provide draft model letters.
This can all be accessed through the GoTo Knowledge Centre which is currently being redeveloped. In addition we email our Agreement Customers with updates and changes to reflect legislative and best practice guidance changes and report these in the Weekly Updates and Community Monthly Newsletter. This part of our service is available as a standalone bundle.
