About Us

DS was established in 2012 to provide business support for schools. It’s aim was to ensure educational establishments, community organisations and charities could trust that non-teaching services were being managed professionally and affordably, always adding value, with a team working in partnership as a virtual part of the establishment. As our team of experts has grown and developed, so has the extent of the help we are able to provide and the demand for our range of services. 

We are a not for profit organisation providing bespoke support in the increasingly challenging world of education and the voluntary/charitable sectors. This has meant working in partnership to help establishments and our range of other customers such as youth organisations, churches and others.

We offer everything from Safeguarding and Child Protection through to guidance on using technology to transform learning and business efficiency.  Our range of services include support with Emergency and Critical Incident planning, Health and Safety, HR, Occupational Health, negotiation and procurement on complex building projects and due diligence checking as part of new initiatives and change processes.  We can also offer support with facilities management operations and assistance in academy conversions and new ways of service delivery, etc.
